At Tri-State Business Machines, our “ReCertified Systems”, are brought in from major Metropolitan areas and Manufacturers. We select only those units that have low volumes for their market segment and that offer our customers extremely good value. 
 
Upon their arrival, these systems are fully inspected by our factory trained technicians and ReCertified to full G.M.A. standards . . . guaranteed. TSBM will offer either a one year, three year, or even a five year G.M.A. on any “ReCertified System” we sell. 
 
90 Day Exchange Policy 
 
Purchasing an office copier or a Multi-Function Device (MFD) can be a daunting decision. With our 90-day exchange policy you feel comfortable when you purchase from us. 
 
If your circumstances change, or you change your mind about something, you have the opportunity to exchange your system for another system within 90 days.
